Breaking News: Making an Entrance

NASA astronaut Jack Hathaway smiled as he entered the International Space Station on February 14, 2026. He arrived aboard a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft, joining Expedition 74 for a long-duration research mission in microgravity.

Since his arrival, Hathaway, along with fellow Crew-12 members Jessica Meir, Sophie Adenot, and Andrey Fedyaev, has been busy conducting various scientific investigations on the space station. These experiments include monitoring the risk of blood clots by scanning their veins and testing balance and orientation using virtual reality goggles. The crew will continue to run experiments and technology demonstrations that will benefit life on Earth and in space, contributing to our journey back to the Moon, Mars, and beyond.
